Staff is great & friendly. Always available to help. You walk in & they know you & your family members.

My grandma stayed here. They treated her super kindly. She really enjoyed rehab

Here is a day in my life. This place is like a hotel. You never need to worry about a call light or care. They never complain and have taken great care of me. You never have to worry, they will take great care of you. I love it here!!

All the nurses and CNA’s and nurses are sweet and kind and they treat you with respect. I love being around them. This is a good place.

One of the cleanest and brightest buildings I have visited. Each time you walk in you are greeted by staff and the residents look happy and well cared for. The care between nursing staff and therapy is amazing. I definitely recommend Hanford Post Acute for a loved one.

Everything is good here. I’ve never had any problems. The CNA’s are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a genuine care for their residents.

The rehab program is good. Those guys know what they are doing and they explain all of the exercises while I do them. The nurses are very nice and good workers. Everything is good. I really like the bingo in activities. Thank you everyone.

Carolyn in occupational therapy is great, I love her. Amy the CNA is really good. The office staff has been terrific in helping me with questions. The students have been good workers too. They have taken very good care of me and I appreciate it. This building is clean, nice, and comfortable and staff always waves.

I would Definitely recommend Hanford Post Acute to anyone that needs both long term and short term care. The staff is amazing at what they do and are extremely friendly and helpful. You will always be greeted with a smile when you walk in and they will help you out with any questions and concerns you have.

The service is excellent.

The therapy work me hard but also understand when I am feeling tired. The food is very good and the chocolate ice cream is yum yum yum. The nursing and cnas are fantastic. This facility is amazing thank you.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident We had a great experience while our family loved one was at Hanford Post Acute. From the management team to the nursing, everyone was very pleasant and always made themselves available. The rooms were good size and her roommates were very nice. The Therapy team came in every day and made sure she was staying on her feet and supported her throughout the process. I would recommend to anyone for sure.

The service is good, Therapy is awesome and the food tastes great.

They have got a really nice facility. I have been through a few times and it’s very bright and seems recently remodeled. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for rehab or care here in Hanford!
