If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The nurses are very knowledgeable and the DSD Sarah we always see her running around and helping out on the floor. Would recommend you send your loved ones here!! Also the Nurses on the east side put their heart in their work!!

The OT/PT team here are great. They are great all the time, even when I couldn’t move much at first. At first I couldn’t much but they worked with me and now I’m going home stronger than ever. Payton is a doll and so is Brooklyn. Cherokee is wonderful and so calm and helpful. Lois is also a good CNA. Sandra and Ashley are just wonderful. This was a great stay but I am happy to be going home now. The speech therapist is wonderful and is a sweet lady. I would recommend Hanford Post, they took care of me well.

Cna and nurses were nice. April was good to me. Liyanii was good too. The food was good and the therapy helped me to get back home.

I would 100% recommend Hanford Post Acute! The staff is all so kind and helpful and they helped my grandma through a tough time.

All the nurses and CNA’s and nurses are sweet and kind and they treat you with respect. I love being around them. This is a good place.

Everything is good here. I’ve never had any problems. The CNA’s are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a genuine care for their residents.

Carolyn in occupational therapy is great, I love her. Amy the CNA is really good. The office staff has been terrific in helping me with questions. The students have been good workers too. They have taken very good care of me and I appreciate it. This building is clean, nice, and comfortable and staff always waves.

I would Definitely recommend Hanford Post Acute to anyone that needs both long term and short term care. The staff is amazing at what they do and are extremely friendly and helpful. You will always be greeted with a smile when you walk in and they will help you out with any questions and concerns you have.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident We had a great experience while our family loved one was at Hanford Post Acute. From the management team to the nursing, everyone was very pleasant and always made themselves available. The rooms were good size and her roommates were very nice. The Therapy team came in every day and made sure she was staying on her feet and supported her throughout the process. I would recommend to anyone for sure.

The service is good, Therapy is awesome and the food tastes great.

They have got a really nice facility. I have been through a few times and it’s very bright and seems recently remodeled. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for rehab or care here in Hanford!

They have helped me work on getting better. Eric, Rudy and the therapy team have been an awesome help. The nursing staff has been great as well. Would highly recommend!

I’ve had to encounter this facility two separate times in my life one in 2015 and again now in 2026 and let me tell you it is a completely different experience. The staff is extremely nice. From the marketing team to the nursing team to the environmental service team, even the food smelled appealing for hospital like food. I was impressed with the facility, I would definitely trust them with my loved ones.

Let me start with what a great job the Food Service people do! FIRST: The food itself is varied and delicious. For example, they can do rice two days in a row and it is a completely different experience of flavor, texture and stickiness. The serving sizes are generous, the lunch menu sounds like a full dinner to me. They pay attention to the side dishes, too: I put on my in-processing interview that I didn’t care for cooked spinach, and one day when a fancy spinach side dish was on the menu I was served excellent green beans. The meats are tender when served. Things are thoroughly cooked. I always regret when I (always) can’t eat it all. They are really good at sauces and how they work with both the main dish and the side. I don’t talk food, or watch food shows, but what I’m trying to say is that I like the food here. Secondly: We are here for Rehab, right? The staff in Rehab is energetic and fun. They hustle. They are well-organized and truly seem to enjoy what they are doing. The various rooms they use are neat, clean, bright and colorful. They work on everything needed for rehab, such as gaining core muscle tone, balance, extension — so that it all adds up. They don’t work weekends, but with “homework” exercises five days a week, there is still plenty to do. THIRD: The staff cares. They are here because they like doing this. They have to make us do stuff on schedule, but they are also very flexible and easy to talk to. All of them. And there are lots of little extra things: a snack cart, popcorn and movies, daily “sittercise” and each person having his/her own TV and remote.

Hanford Post is a special place they took my wife Irma in and they gave her the best treatment a person can get I give Tanner and his staff a five star plus from top to bottom to everyone who reads this i choose Hanford Post thank you again God bless all of you from the rodriguez
